En su \u00faltimo a\u00f1o de High School, \u201cJP\u201d se consagr\u00f3 como pieza clave de su escuadra, tras promediar 12.9 unidades, 6 rebotes, 1.3 asistencias y tapa por encuentro.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Como seleccionado nacional juvenil, Juan Pablo alz\u00f3 la medalla de oro en el COCABA U16 y posteriormente, hizo historia junto con sus compa\u00f1eros por haber obtenido la presea de oro en el Centrobasket U17 en Puerto Rico. Ante sus destacadas participaciones, portando la indumentaria azteca, el mexicano obtuvo su lugar en PHS, en donde comparti\u00f3 vestidores con su compatriota Joshua Urrutia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Recientemente, el ahora jugador de Trappers de Northwest College, forma parte de la lista de 30 preseleccionados de cara al Repechaje Ol\u00edmpico, la cual estar\u00e1 al mando de Omar Quintero.
